During the development of their project at Hutchison Ports TNG, our clients are assigned an office, equipped with telephone, printer, scanner, Wi-Fi internet and cafeteria service. We maintain constant communication to register and follow up on comments and requests related to the works performed in the shipyard. Likewise, we provide touristic information about the Port of Veracruz and its surroundings.

By the end of the project we conduct a satisfaction survey, which helps TNG to improve its processes to keep providing the highest quality services.
