The steel prow replacement was a successfull project thanks to the certified workforce, materials and qualified processes which TNG works with.
Project for the replacement of more than 74 tons of steel in the bow of a 190 m long bulk vessel, 32 m long and 18 m long, with the flag of Antigua and Barbuda, which was treated afloat on the shipyard’s outfitting quay of , after having suffered an impact against a dock during its activities.
Engineers and equipment expert in manufacturing and assembly of the shipyard managed to scrap and rebuild the roof of the castle, as well as the damages displayed on it’s second and third level, after which the corresponding anticorrosive coatings were applied.
